Bio

Dedicated, resourceful, innovative and actively ambitious are just a few words to describe Kadon (Kay) Douglas. A quirky sense of humor and a deep passion for history (particular that of the Caribbean), philosophy, the arts, and technology rounds out her vibrant personality.

Several years ago, Kadon came upon an essay by Marianne Williamson, and quickly developed an attachment to the first line: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure”. This is the philosophy she lives by. Often we limit ourselves and by extent our potential. We are capable of so much, but halt progress out of fear. This website is Kadon’s answer to the fears that have inhibited her for so long from unlocking her potential.
